Returns and refunds
Because all items are handmade and custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly review the situation and work toward a solution. Refunds or replacements are only considered for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all custom details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
