- Orders & Customization: Every cup is made just for you! Colors, designs, and decal placements are customizable based on the options provided at the time of purchase. Please review your order carefully before submission, as changes may not be possible after production begins.
- Payment: Full payment is required in order to begin on your order. Payments can be made via Cashapp, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Prices are based on customization, materials, and order size.
- Production & Shipping: Custom orders typically take 3-4 business days to create. Shipping times vary based on location and method chosen. Once shipped, I'll send tracking info so you can watch your cup's journey!
- Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only offered if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any issues within 3 days.
- Care Instructions: Handle with love! Products are not dishwasher or microwave safe unless otherwise stated. In order to maintain the quality and longevity of your snow globe cups, please follow the care instructions provided with each order.

- Liability: PrettySip Customs & Co. is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and know your cup was made just for you!
